3326 introduces students to concepts and vocabulary of film analysis and adaptation through the study of great American plays and the films made from them, to understand the history and influence of drama, film, media and methods for analyzing and writing about film. Total involvement is the goal, so the format is discussion, brief reports by students, analysis of video clips in class, deep discussion, viewing films in and out of class.
