ADVANCED FEATURES

  • To export record from the library catalog and into EndNote, first search as normal.
  • You will need to save the records you want to export into your folder. You can do that from the results page or from the record page (screenshots below).
  • When you have saved all the records you want to add to EndNote, go to the View Saved link. This link is at the top of the page when you are looking at search results or in the right sidebar on the record page.
  • Under "Format of List," select "End-Note/RefWorks." Under "Send List To," select "Local Disk." This will save a .txt file containing your references.
  • Import the file following the instructions on the Exporting to EndNote Web Using RIS page for EndNote Web or the Manual Import page for EndNote Desktop.
  • IMPORTANT: In the Import Option dropdown menu, select EndNote Import.
